How Online Booking Works

- Enter your postcode — we'll show you the days we're in your area
- Pick a time slot — weekday, Saturday, or Sunday options available
- Enter your details — name, address, phone, gate type, entry code, brief description
- Confirm — you'll see the estimated cost before confirming
Confirmation
- Weekday bookings: Confirmed instantly by text and email
- Weekend and evening bookings: Confirmed within 30 minutes, or automatically cancelled so you're not left waiting
- Emergency bookings: Call 07542 024681 instead — don't use the online system for emergencies
What You'll Need
- Your postcode
- Your gate type (swing or sliding) and motor brand if known
- Entry codes for the property (so your engineer can access the gate even if you're not home)
- A brief description of the problem or what you need
Pricing
All prices shown include the time-of-day modifier (standard, Saturday +20%, Sunday +50%). VAT is shown separately. The total cost is confirmed on screen before you book — no surprises.

Cash on site or BACS bank transfer on completion. No deposit required. No card payments.
